If this were not true, how do companies hire people to work for them and then pay them every month?

How do companies ensure they have a predictable income to service all operations? 

The answer is simple - MARKETING!

This is why every company or business has a marketing department and the marketing team always turns out to be the largest….and loudest

Consistently marketing your business and filling your pipeline with more customers is the only way to keep your business afloat.

if you struggle to pay yourself every month from your business then you may have a customer PIPELINE problem.

And thousands of SMEs have this problem which is why many get stuck looking for the latest sales magic instead of learning the fundamentals of marketing.

You can't cheat the grind, you must market as though your life depends on it. This period you can't afford to miss the cashflow that’s about to break out. 

To fix your customer pipeline, one thing I always recommend is to have a minimum viable marketing. This is what differentiates the big boys in business from the babies. 

By developing a minimum viable marketing, you will be able to fix your customer pipeline problems and get into the business of actually making money as an SME.

Don't treat your business as a side hustle, stop treating your business like a quick fix funds. Make your business your business. 

There's nothing wrong with having a side hustle, but you must approach it with a business mindset, this would help you develop the strategies and systems that can help you scale. 

You're not in business if no one is patronizing you.
